CRITERIA FOR PROPERTY FUND INCLUSION
In considering the inclusion of Property Funds under CPFIS, the Board uses the following criteria:
i.	The property fund is offered by a company that is incorporated in Singapore;
ii.	The property fund is listed on the SGX MainBoard;
iii.	The property fund is traded in Singapore Dollars.
iv.	The company allows CPF investors, who have pre-registered with CPF Agent Banks, to attend their shareholders’/ unitholders’ meetings (if any) as observers.
