Assistant Director (Policy & Research)

  • Lead a team of officers in:
      a) undertaking policy reviews and developments of the CPF and its schemes
      b) conducting research in wide-ranging topics pertaining to social security for management and benchmarking purposes
  • Good Honours degree in Economics or Social Sciences with at least 8 years' relevant experience in public policy and research work and some supervisory experience
  • Good knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills with a keen interest in social issues
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
