Lead a team of officers in: |

a) |
undertaking policy reviews and developments of the
CPF and its schemes |
| |
b) |
conducting research in wide-ranging topics pertaining
to social security for management and benchmarking purposes |
| |
Good Honours degree in Economics or
Social Sciences with at least 8 years' relevant experience in public policy
and research work and some supervisory experience |
| |
Good knowledge of research methodologies
and statistical analysis |
|
Excellent analytical and writing skills
with a keen interest in social issues |
|
Strong interpersonal and leadership
qualities |
