Assistant Manager / Senior Executive

A) Housing Schemes (Contract)

A) Housing Schemes (Contract)
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the housing schemes
  • Review the policies, guidelines and procedures of housing schemes periodically
  • Conduct briefings to staff and members on new features of the housing schemes
  • Handle complex enquiries and correspondence
     
    B) Facilities Management
  • Plan and manage effectively the Board’s building facilities, operations, security and fire safety
  • Prepare contract specifications to execute preventive/corrective maintenance works
  • Manage and lead technical staff, managing agent and security vendor
  • Oversee security operations and conduct spot-checks during and after office hours
  • Good relevant degree in Building, Engineering or Facilities Management
  • Sound knowledge in building management, drafting of contract specifications and experienced in upgrading and maintenance of security related equipment such as Public Address System, Access Card System, Fire Alarm System, CCTV and Carpark system
  • Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational skills and effective writing skills
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager registered with SCDF
     
    C) Strategic Planning & Performance Management
  • Drive and coordinate the Board's Strategic Planning process and Performance Management system
  • Undertake comparative studies and benchmarking in strategic areas to enhance the Board's business processes and standards
  • Drive and coordinate the Singapore Quality Award (SQA) framework for business excellence
  • Conduct research in Strategic Planning and other Organisation Development-related initiatives
  • Able to work with all levels of staff, from senior management to junior staff
  • Energetic and willing to learn and has a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
     
    D) Lifelong Income
  • Implement a new system through the IT support team
  • Review the implementation policies and put in place procedures/processes based on scheme's objectives
  • Implement communication plans and publicity materials
  • Supervise a team of staff to carry out the day-to-day operations
  • Good project management skill
     
    E) Organisation Development
  • Drive organisational development projects such as benchmarking, comparative studies,etc
  • Develop, implement and review innovation programmes including leadership development
  • Drive and coordinate activities under the Singapore Business Excellence frameworks-Singapore Quality Awards and Niche areas frameworks
     
    F) Healthcare & Insurance (Contract)
  • Process applications and underwriting of risks
  • Responsible for all general administrative matters of the insurance scheme
  • Review and streamline policies & processes to ensure their relevance and to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Work with IT support team to implement new initiatives and scheme changes
     
    G) Investigation (Contract)
  • Ensure prompt and correct payment of CPF contributions by employers
  • Liaise with Government Bodies/Statutory Boards/Courts on CPF matters
  • Handle complex enquiries and correspondence
  • Conduct field visits
     
    Requirements for all positions above:
  • Good relevant degree from a recognized university, preferably with some relevant work experience
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
  • Meticulous and good with figures
  • Good analytical, organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong customer-service mindset
  • Resourceful, able to work independently and as an effective team player
