    Executive Officer (Facilities Management)

     
  • Assist in preparation of procurement & contract specifications for the maintenance and upgrading of M&E and security equipment
  • Assist in the formulation/review of new/existing SOPs, Contingency Plans and Standing Orders
  • Assist in the supervision of the fire safety requirements
  • Conduct spot-checks during and after office hours
  • Conduct and administer fire safety training
  • Conduct physical audit including car park/access card systems
  • Good diploma in Building Services
  • Experience in building management, drafting of contract specifications and Fire Safety & Security
