    Legal Counsel

     
    The role of Legal Counsel encompasses a broad range of activities from corporate to compliance and regulatory work. Working closely with management, you will have an opportunity to handle a wide spectrum of challenging legal matters. Your key responsibilities will be to:
     
  • draft, vet and structure a wide variety of agreements such as MOUs, tenders, IT contracts, service level agreements and deeds;
  • assist on negotiations and advise on legal issues ranging from IP, tenancy, contract to divorce and probate;
  • advise on regulatory and compliance matters; and
  • manage the Board’s external lawyers.
     
    You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop legislative drafting skills as well as be given a rare insight to policy making.
     

    The Person

    A good law degree, at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience and good written and verbal communication skills.
