| C) SAP-Finance (FI)/Controlling (CO) |
|
|
Develop and implement IT solutions for the Board’s SAP Financial system |
|
|
Provide systems maintenance and support to users of SAP Financial system |
|
|
Good Degree in Information Technology with at least 2 years of experience in SAP FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Centre Accounting, Activity Based Costing) analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Knowledge of SAP authorization and configuration is essential and good in ABAP programming |

Self-motivated and possess good interpersonal, communication, analytical, project management, presentation and problem solving skills |

| D) Resource Planning |
|
|
Responsible for Computer Disaster Recovery Planning, Change Management and Computer Resource Planning |
|
|
A good degree in Information Technology or Engineering, preferably with experience in Systems/Network Administration, or Systems Design & programming experience in a mainframe (z/OS), Client Server, Unix or Internet environment |
|
|
Preference will be given to those who have experience in Computer Disaster Recovery Planning, Application Development or Computer Procurement |

| E) Solutions Architect |
|
|
The main responsibilities include the development and support of technology roadmap, architectures and standards, and exploitation of new technologies for conceptual and experimentation projects. The candidate will also be working closely with application teams on technical requirements and development of technical solutions for applications |
|
|
A good Degree in Information Technology with at least 3 years of experience in development and deployment of Internet/Web Technologies (eg. html, xml, ASP, .NET, java programming, relational database, UML, mobile/device technologies) |
|
|
At least 1 year experience in technology exploitation, and familiarity with new technologies, eg. mash up, web 2.0 |
|
|
Experience in project management and/or development of Internet/Java based applications would be an advantage |
|
|
Self-motivated and possess good interpersonal, written, communication, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills |

| F) Infocomm Infrastructure Services |
|
|
Assist in the control and management of the Operations, Service Levels and Contract Administration of the Servers, Networks, Desktops and Helpdesk Services that is being run by an external Service Provider |
|
|
Assist in the development, design and review of IT Infrastructure Policies, Standards and Processes that establishes the framework in which the Service Provider is required to work within |
|
|
Assist in the planning, review and testing of the IT Business Continuity Plan |
|
|
Undertakes technical infrastructure study and review projects as assigned |
|
|
Ensure adherence to the Board’s internal processes, procedures and policies for ensuring quality output as well as sound security and controls |
|
|
Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology |
|
|
At least 3 years of working experience in managing or maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server environment in a LAN/WAN environment. A strong understanding of server and network security and working experience with server systems and/or network systems is important |
|
|
Good Project Management experience and skills |
|
|
Self-motivated, dedicated, committed and result-oriented team player with strong initiative |

Possess good inter-personal, communication, analytical and presentation skills |
