Learning & Development

Our dedication to our staff learning and development was recognized when the Board was awarded the People Developer Standard award (PDS) in 2001, and PDS re-certification in 2004 and 2007.

Main highlights of CPF Board’s learning and development initiatives include:-

1. 70 training hours per staff per year
2. Induction programme + Buddy system
3. Foundation programme – Introduction to CPF schemes and services
4. Training Sponsorship Scheme
5. Education Reimbursement Scheme
6. Postgraduate Scholarship
