Change in CPF Call Centre Operating Hours to Better Serve You

With effect from 1 December 2007, the CPF Call Centre's operating hours will be as follows:

Mondays to Fridays - 8:00am to 6:00pm

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Single Login for multiple transactions

You can now enjoy the convenience of performing multiple transactions under different profiles (ie. Members, Employers and Business Partners) with just one login using your SingPass.

For example, if you login under the Members profile to access "My Statement" and decide to perform another transaction on behalf of your company under the Employers profile, you can switch the profile simply by clicking on "Employers" shown in the screen shot below. It is not necessary to login again.
