Currently, CPF members are able to access 21 types of CPF statements and perform more than 60 types of CPF transactions online, anytime, anywhere.
As part of its on-going e-services improvement, the CPF Board will be launching a new e-initiative, My Statement, by the end of 2004. “My Statement” allows members to select either a consolidated view of all their existing CPF online statements or a breakdown view of their recent CPF transactions.
Said Mr Ng Hock Keong, director (customer relations): “The CPF Board has been improving its e-services over the years. With My Statement, CPF members will be able to check all their existing statements and transactions in greater detail, or at a glance. It is convenient, easily accessible and available 24 hours, 7 days a week. All they need is SingPass.”
SingPass, which stands for Singapore Personal Access, is the common password to transact with the Government online. Members who have yet to obtain their SingPass can request one through the CPF website (https://www.cpf.gov.sg/cpf_trans/ssl/SingPass_PINReq.asp) or from the 5 Community Development Councils and 15 Community Centres located around Singapore. The list of participating Community Development Councils and Community Centres is available on the SingPass website (http://www.singpass.gov.sg). Those who have forgotten their SingPass can also reset their passwords at these premises.
As CPF Statement of Accounts are already made available to members online, the Board will replace the half-yearly statements with yearly ones. CPF members can expect to receive their Statement of Accounts for 2004 in early 2005.
Members with queries can call the Call Centre at 1800-227-1188 (code 1) or send their email queries to members-accounts@cpf.gov.sg.
