Under Section 25(5) of the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap.36), any nomination made by a person would be revoked by any subsequent lawful marriage which such person enters into. Under Rule 11 of the Central Provident Fund (Nominations) Rules, any person interested in or having any claim against the Central Provident Fund accounts of the above-named deceased members must notify the Central Provident Fund Board at 79 Robinson Road, Singapore 068897, of his/her claim within one month of the date of publication of this notice. Claims which the Board are notified of after the one-month period will not be taken into account when the amounts in the Central Provident Fund accounts of the above-named deceased members are distributed.
