To enable us to process your applications within the service standards, please ensure that your applications are duly completed with the necessary supporting documents. We will adhere to the following service standards, in our best efforts.

Note: "Working days" refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Housing Applications : Residential Properties Scheme

(For revision or cessation of monthly instalment due the following month, please submit your request online by 20th of the month.)

Request to revise monthly instalment Not applicable 1 working day

(Pls submit your request at least 1 working day prior to 7th of the month if the revision of the monthly instalment is for the current month or at least 1 working day prior to 20th of the month if the revision of monthly instalment is for the following month.)
