Service Standards
 

To enable us to process your applications within the service standards, please ensure that your applications are duly completed with the necessary supporting documents. We will adhere to the following service standards, in our best efforts.

Note: "Working days" refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

We will pay the hospital by the
3rd working day from the day we receive your claim from the hospital
Reimbursement from Employers/Insurers to Medisave
We will credit the reimbursement to your Medisave Account by the 14th working day from the day we receive it together with all necessary documents
We will credit the reimbursement to your Medisave Account by the 5th working day upon successful submission
MediShield Scheme Not applicable We will pay the hospital your approved claim by the 7th working day from the day we receive your claim from the hospital
Application for MediShield 7 working days 1 working day
(If all persons to be insured are CPF members)

5 working days (If any of the persons to be insured is not a CPF member)
Application To Change Payer To Self For MediShield Cover 7 working days 5 working days
Topping Up for MediShield Premium 10 working days 1 working day
Application To Opt-Out / Terminate MediShield cover 7 working days 5 working days
Stop Premium Payment For Dependant(s)' MediShield Cover 7 working days 5 working days
Health Declaration for MediShield Scheme We will update the receipt of Health Declaration
within 7 working days and contact you within 10 working days if further health assessment is
required.
We will update the receipt of Health Declaration   within 1 working day and contact you within 3 working days if further health assessment is required.
