Application for pledging of properties bought using CPF The Board will write to HDB within 7 working days from receipt of application. Application will be processed within 5 working days after all co-owners had given consent and complete information provided by HDB. The Board will write to HDB within 4 working days from receipt of application. Application will be processed within 5 working days after all co-owners had given consent and complete information provided by HDB. For IBG, the bank account will be credited by the 8th working day of the following month. Cheque payments will be dispatched by post by the 14th working day of the following month. Applications for pledging can only be processed after member attained age 55. Application for pledging of properties not bought using CPF The Board will write to Bank / lawyer / HDB within 7 working days from receipt of application. Application will be processed within 7 working days after all co-owners had given consent and lodgment of charge (where applicable). The Board will write to Bank / lawyer / HDB within 4 working days from receipt of application. Application will be processed within 7 working days after all co-owners had given consent and lodgment of charge. For IBG, the bank account will be credited by the 8th working day of the following month. Cheque payments will be dispatched by post by the 14th working day of the following month.
