We need your assistance to process your applications within the service standards. Please ensure that your applications are complete and supported by the necessary documents.

Note: "Working days" refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Please note that your application can only be processed on or after your 55th birthday due to your insolvency status.The processing time includes the time taken to perform verification checks and/or obtain more information from our service partners (i.e Official Assignee, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore).

Application to start monthly payments from my Retirement Account 5 working days 4 working days
For IBG, the bank account will be credited by the 4th working day of the following month.
Cheque payments will be dispatched by post by the 6th working day of the following month.
Application for pledging of properties bought using CPF The Board will write to HDB within 7 working days from receipt of application. Application will be processed within 5 working days after all co-owners had given consent and complete information provided by HDB. The Board will write to HDB within 4 working days from receipt of application. Application will be processed within 5 working days after all co-owners had given consent and complete information provided by HDB.
For IBG, the bank account will be credited by the 8th working day of the following month.
Cheque payments will be dispatched by post by the 14th working day of the following month.

Applications for pledging can only be processed after member attained age 55.
Application for pledging of properties not bought using CPF The Board will write to Bank / lawyer / HDB within 7 working days from receipt of application. Application will be processed within 7 working days after all co-owners had given consent and lodgment of charge (where applicable). The Board will write to Bank / lawyer / HDB within 4 working days from receipt of application. Application will be processed within 7 working days after all co-owners had given consent and lodgment of charge.
For IBG, the bank account will be credited by the 8th working day of the following month.

Application for exemption from Minimum Sum Scheme Application will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of verified information from Pension Office / Insurance Companies. Application will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of verified information from Pension Office / Insurance Companies.

Application for topping-up under CPF Minimum Sum Topping-up Scheme Application will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of application (with verified relationships). Application will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of application (with verified relationships).
Application to Top Up My Spouse's/Sibling’s Special Account Under the Minimum Sum Topping Up Scheme Application will be processed within 9 working days upon receipt with relevant supporting documents. Application will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt with relevant supporting documents.
