Members Application for Withdrawal on Death Grounds No Nomination If the deceased member did not make a valid nomination, his/her CPF will be transferred to the Public Trustee within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the death certificate. With Nomination If the deceased member made a valid nomination, we will invite the nominees to apply to claim the deceased member’s CPF within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the death certificate. When the application is received, payment will be made as follows: Interbank GIRO (IBG) Non-IBG 15 working days 20 working days An additional 7 working days are required if the deceased member held Discounted SingTel Shares. Once all the required documents are received, we will approve / reject your application within 7 working days. IBG – Two working days 2. Telegraphic Transfer – 5 to 12 working days 3. Cheque – It will be sent within five working days after processing.
