Coping with grief

Having someone you love die is very hard to deal with. Unfortunately, your time to grieve is made even more difficult by the daily demands of life. It's important to deal with your emotions and allow yourself to mourn your loss. But at the same time, you must remember to take care of yourself and your family, and get help when you need it. Time and support will facilitate the grieving process.
