New Employer's First CPF Contribution
 

Making your first CPF contribution as a new employer

 

You are only required to complete the FORM CPF/1 when you need to make your first CPF payment. Please attach the cheque together with the form and submit it to us. Your cheque should be crossed and made payable to “CPF Board”. The employer’s name, contact details and the words “Making First CPF Contribution” must be indicated at the back of the cheque.

You will receive a welcome package and your employer reference number after we have processed your first CPF payment.

You will receive a welcome package upon registration.

For subsequent submissions, you can take advantage of our e-submission facility to enjoy greater convenience. With e-submission, you can submit your CPF contribution details anywhere, any time. Payment is deducted electronically after the Board receives your contribution details. You will find more details and an application form on this in your welcome package. Just select your preferred e-submission mode and return the application form to the Board with your Payment Advice.

A processing fee of $7 per employee per month will be charged for employers who submit CPF contribution details for 11 or more employees using the hardcopy Payment Advice. This fee will apply to contributions for Jan 2005 onwards.
