                  1. What is CPF e-Payment?
The CPF e-Payment System is a mode of payment for employers submitting their CPF contributions through the CPF e-Submission (Employers) service.

With CPF e-Payment, employers will have the freedom to decide when the CPF contribution payments should be deducted from their bank account - as long as the full payments are made before the monthly deadline. As such, employers who wish to enjoy the convenience of electronic payment and yet retain control over their cash-flow can now do so.

                  2. What are the benefits of using this e-Payment system?
CPF e-Payment allows you to choose when you want the money to be deducted from your account. In addition, employers using the CPF e-Payment will enjoy the following benefits:
                  • Faster crediting of CPF contributions. Employees will have their CPF contributions credited into their CPF accounts by the next working night.

                  • Free Service

                  • Better cash flow management. Employers will have the freedom to debit the amount from their account at any time & at their convenience.

                  • High security. Your Bank recognises only CPF's certificates and all information transmitted between the employer's PC and the bank's server is protected by the security encryption 128-bit Secured Socket Layer (SSL).
Your payments are further secured by a tripartite authentication process, called 'Triple Check' which instantaneously authenticates Gateway, Banks and Merchant.
                  3. Which are the Banks participating in the CPF e-Payment service?
The CPF e-Payment service is open to all Banks for participation. DBS Bank, UOB and Citibank are currently linked to this service. More Banks will be linked to the e-Payment service in the near future.
