"I would like to comment and thank your Customer Service Officer, Ms Shirley Loh for attending to my query on Property Withdrawal / Minimum Sum Scheme. I would like to highlight that Ms Loh was very patient to listen to my queries on my client's problems and explain in great depth about the CPF policies to me. What surprised me most was, she even went the extra mile to investigate and study the root of the problems. She called me even though I did not leave my contact details with her, got my client's contact and spoke to him directly. I am grateful to Ms Loh to have gone such an extra mile though the same queries have been posted to other hotline staff in 2 different occasions and even the lawyer acting for our client was not able to resolve it. Her professionalism coupled with great responsibility and commitment to serve the public really overwhelmed me and she had made the impossible possible for my clients. Thank you."

"Ed Cai Junhui had been very proactive in assisting me with my email query and I am vey impressed that the service level of CPF Board has improved. Logging in queries via email is an effective tool in presenting our case in issue and I am impressed. Correctly speaking, the case would have been settled via 2-3 emails; it was just that I could not understand the various schemes which CPF has in place, hence Ed took the initiative to ensure that my concerns are addressed by speaking to me personally via the phone.
