CPF Services on AXS Stations 
 

You can now access the following CPF services at any of the
 AXS Stations located island-wide.

For CPF Members / Self-Employed

General Services: Contribution Services:

  • Check CPF Account Balances*
  • Check Medisave Liability*
  • Change Phone PIN*
  • As Member (Voluntary) - make contribution to all 3 accounts (Ordinary, Special and Medisave) or to Medisave account only
  • As Self-Employed - make contribution to all 3 accounts (Ordinary, Special and Medisave) or to Medisave account only

  • Change Monthly Instalment for Private Property*
  • Top up MediShield Premium
  • Top up Home Protection Scheme Premium
  • Top up Dependent Protection Scheme Premium

    - Top up my own / loved one's Retirement Account under the Minimum Sum Topping-Up Scheme
    - Pay CDP transfer fee for discounted SingTel shares
    - Top up my Special Account using Cash
    - Request for Cheque Replacement / Cheque Image

  • Request for CPF Record of Payment

  • Request for CPF FWL Namelist
    (requires Employer Reference Number, CPF Account Number and CPF Phone PIN*)
  • Processing Fees Payment
    (requires Employer Reference Number and CPF Account Number)

  • Payment can be made by:

  • GIRO - for CPF contributions paid by employers only, requires CPF Phone PIN*
  • Diners Club Credit Card#
     
    It will take three working days for payment made via AXS Stations to be updated in the Board's records.
     
    ^ NETS payment is subject to the daily withdrawal limit set by the respective banks.
     
    # Maximum transaction amount is subject to the card’s credit limit.
