You can sign up for free CPF SMS alerts via the CPF website. Login to my cpf Online Services – "My Alerts" for the following CPF SMS Alerts service:


  • Non-payment of CPF Contribution Alert for Members
    Receive an SMS alert if there is a non-payment of CPF contribution by your employer.


    You may also receive the following SMS Alerts for:

     
  • Notification on your Nomination Details Application Status
    Provide a valid handphone number in “My Particulars” and receive an SMS alert if you have submitted an online application for your nomination details.

     
  • Notification on CPF Investment TransactionsEnhanced w.e.f. 17/10/2013
    Provide a valid handphone number in “My Particulars” and receive an SMS alert when there is movement in your CPF account due to investment transactions. This alert service allows you to keep track of your investment transactions on the move!

     
  • Reminder for e-Appointment
    Provide your handphone number when you book an online appointment to meet our Customer Service Executives and you will receive an SMS reminder one day before your appointment. Read more information on e-Appointment.

     
  • Reminder for e-Medical Appointment
    For members who have been notified to undergo a medical examination (for Home Protection Scheme or Medishield Scheme customers or members applying to withdraw their CPF savings on medical grounds only), you will receive an SMS reminder five days before your appointment if you have provided your handphone number. Read more information on e-Medical Appointment.

    You can also send us an SMS for:

  • Request for a Return Call from Call Centre
    SMS the Call Centre and we will return your call within two working days. Read more information on this SMS service.
