by the Board's doctor when he/she applies for: 1. cover under the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) or Medishield Scheme (MSH);
2. withdrawal of his/her CPF savings on Medical
Grounds (MGS); or
3. benefits under the Home Protection
Scheme (HPS).
