9. I have installed NJStar software onto my PC. When I attempt to login to "my cpf Online Services", the following error message was encountered "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close".

1. What is my cpf Online Services?
   
 

my cpf Online Services is a series of personalised services to help you manage your CPF savings better. You will get an overview of your CPF balances and transactions in real time. You will also be able to check the status of your online applications and receive personalised messages from us in a secure environment, at your convenience.

Transfer of Ordinary Account (OA) Savings to Special Account (SA)
   
2. How can I transfer my Ordinary Account (OA) Savings to the Special Account (SA)?
   
 

You can now transfer your OA savings to your SA to enjoy the higher interest rate of 4% (OA interest rate is 2.5%). However, do note that once the amount is transferred, it is irreversible.

To do so, just click here.

  • Click on "My Requests", found on the left hand navigation bar.
  • Select "Other CPF Matters" and click "Proceed".
  • Select "Transfer of OA Savings to SA" and click "Proceed".
  • Follow the online instructions.

    3. How do I change my personal contact information like email address, telephone numbers etc?
       
     

    You can update your email address and/or telephone numbers via my cpf Online Services – My Particulars.

    To do so, just click here.

  • Click on "My Particulars", found on the left hand navigation bar.
  • Click on "I wish to update my email address and contact number".
  • Follow the online instructions.
     
       
    4. How can I update My Personal Particulars?
       
     

    To update your personal particulars, click here.

  • Click on "My Requests", found on the left hand navigation bar.
  • Select "Other CPF Matters" and click "Proceed".
  • Choose ”Update My personal particulars” and click “Proceed”.
  • Follow the online instructions.

      If you want to change your selection of eMail Alerts, click "Modify Subscription".

  • Select "Nomination Details” and click “Proceed”.

  • Thereafter, you will be able to view the three most recent CPF transactions that were performed online.
