SERVICES AMOUNT (INCLUSIVE OF GST)    RETRIEVAL OF PAST RECORDS  If you have a SingPass, you can view and print your Yearly Statement of Account for the past 5 years via my cpf Online Services - My Statement for free. For retrieval of hard copies of your statements and scheme information, the following administrative fee is chargeable.    For the Period From Jan 2008 to Dec 2012 S$5.35 per statement per year* From Jan 1997 to Dec 2007 S$10.70 per statement per year* Before 1997 S$5.35 per statement per year*   * If you are submitting an electronic application via my cpf Online Services - My Requests, you can make payment via Internet Banking. * If you are submitting an electronic application via an AXS Station, you can make payment via D-Pay (Payment by Bank's ATM card) or Diners Club Credit Card. * Cash payment will not be accepted. * This information was last updated on 4 April 2013. * Example   If you are requesting housing and investment records for January 1993 to December 1998, the charges imposed for the retrieval of these records are as follows:     - No. of statements requested = 2 (Housing and Investment)     - For the period from January 1993 to December 1996 = $5.35 X 2 X 4 = $42.80     - For the period from January 1997 to December 1998 = $10.70 X 2 X 2 = $42.80     - Total fee chargeable = $42.80 + $42.80  = $85.60      DEDUCTION UNDER EDUCATION SCHEME             S$10.70 per deduction
