Owners of private properties like condominiums and apartments typically pay monthly maintenance fees ranging from $100 to $1,000, depending on the number of units in the estate and how lavish the facilities are (eg. swimming pools, tennis courts, saunas, and gardens).

Utility charges (power, water, gas) depend on usage.
