Costs of Owning a Home

The housing loan may be your largest financial commitment when you buy a home. But that’s not the only housing cost.

In addition to renovation and decoration costs, and housing agents’ commissions (if you use their services), here’s a list of the other main expenses you should know about. It applies to both HDB and private properties, though the costs for private properties are usually higher.
