Be careful when you receive an email from someone unknown to you. Do not reply to unsolicited emails, you are advised to delete them immediately.

2. Do not click on hyperlinks in the suspicious email as you might be directed to other websites or pop-up windows asking you to enter, confirm or update your personal information. These hyperlinks may direct you to malicious content which may be harmful to your computer system.

3. Look out for obvious spelling errors in the subject title/content of the email. Often, malicious emails will contain misspelled words to avoid spam filters from identifying them.

4.
